关于如何提高教学医院青年教师教学基本功的思考

Reflections on how to improve the teaching basic skills of young teachers in teaching hospitals

教学基本功是作为一名教师的基本技能,也是衡量教师是否优秀的重要指标。本文基于对教学医院青年教师现状的分析,认为要提高青年教师的教学水平、提升教学质量,除了掌握传统的教学基本功外,还应该加强新型教学手段的培训与应用,如PBL教学、翻转课堂、慕课教学。教学医院应该加强对青年教师的教学基本功培训、积极组织教学基本功竞赛,建立激励考评机制,从而提高其教学能力及水平。

Teaching basic skills is a teacher’s basic skills,but also an important indicator to measure a good teacher.Based on the analysis of the current status of young teachers teaching hospital,but I think young teachers teaching hospital in addition to master the traditional teaching of basic skills,but also should strengthen the new basic teaching skills means,such as PBL teaching,flipping the classroom,Mu class teaching.Teaching hospitals should strengthen the basic skills training for young teachers,actively organize the teaching of basic skills contest,establish incentive evaluation mechanism,so as to improve the teaching ability and teaching ability of young teachers in teaching hospitals.
