摘要
建筑产业工人队伍建设是建筑产业现代化发展的基础。该文通过对我国建筑产业工人建设的现状进行分析,结合重庆实际,提出新时代建筑产业工人队伍建设的路径,对建筑产业工人队伍健康发展提供思路,以推动建筑产业现代化加快发展。
The development of the construction workers is the foundation for the modernization of the construction industry.Based on the status quo of construction workers in China’s construction industry,and combined with the exclusive situation of Chongqing,the development path of the construction industry workers in the new era was proposed,in hope of providing inspirations for the healthy development of the construction industry workers so as to promote the modernization of the construction industry.
