仔猪铁的状况及植酸酶过量对铁生理的影响 被引量:4

摘要 长期以来人们一直认为仔猪出生后48~72 h补铁会充分满足快速增长的需求,因此,保育期间不会因贫血而影响其生长遗传潜力。但在圈内生产系统中饲养的仔猪中,缺铁和贫血的发生率很高,仔猪铁含量与产后前6周体重增加呈负相关。因此,本文综述了仔猪铁的特点,主要包括:(1)强调机体如何通过调节铁的吸收维持体内铁平衡能力;(2)母猪和仔猪铁状态;(3)补充铁与猪的生理反应;(4)影响仔猪铁吸收的日粮因素;(5)提高铁吸收的营养策略。 It has long been assumed that iron supplementation at 48~72 h after birth will adequately meet the iron requirements of rapidly growing piglets,so that their growth genetic potential will not be affected by anaemia during conservation.However,the incidence of iron deficiency and anemia is high in piglets raised in the intrapretentive production system,and iron content in piglets is negatively correlated with weight gain in the first 6 weeks postpartum.Therefore,iron characteristics of piglets are summarized in this paper,which mainly include:(1)emphasizing how the body maintains iron balance by regulating iron absorption;(2)iron status of sows and piglets;(3)physiological reactions between iron supplementation and pigs;(4)dietary factors affecting iron absorption in piglets;(5)nutritional strategies to improve iron absorption.
