植物油副产物-甘油对山羊生产性能和胴体特性的影响

摘要 文章旨在研究废弃植物油中提取的甘油对山羊生产性能、胴体特征和肌肉化学成分的影响。试验选择24只初重为(16.8±0.46)kg的未阉割公山羊,采用完全随机设计随机分为4组,每组6个重复,每个重复1头山羊。试验日粮在干物质基础上分别添加0、2、4、6%植物油副产物(甘油含量63.42%、粗脂肪含量47.78%)。试验结果发现,与饲喂0%、2%和4%植物油副产物日粮的山羊相比,饲喂6%植物油副产物日粮的山羊干物质摄入量、生长性能和胴体性状均显著降低(P<0.05)。6%比4%植物油副产物组显著降低了山羊热屠体重、冷屠体重和屠宰率(P<0.05)。与2%植物油副产物组相比,6%植物油副产物组前腿占比显著提高8.67%(P<0.05)。日粮添加不同水平的植物油副产物对山羊最长肌化学成分含量的影响均无显著差异(P>0.05)。综上所述,在育肥期日粮中添加高达4%植物油副产物可以促进山羊生长性能最大化。利用废弃植物油提取的甘油可以作为山羊饲料中的能量原料替代谷物。 The effects of glycerol extracted from waste vegetable oil on goat performance,carcass characteristics and muscle chemical composition were studied.In this study,24 male goats(initial weight:16.8±0.46kg)were selected and randomly divided into 4 groups with 6 repeats in each group and 1 goat in each repeat.On the basis of dry matter,0,2,4,6%vegetable oil by-products(glycerin content 63.42%,crude fat content 47.78%)were added to the experimental diets.The results showed that the dry matter intake,growth performance and carcass traits of goats fed 6%vegetable oil by-product diets were significantly reduced compared with those fed 0%,2%and 4%vegetable oil by-product diets(P<0.05).Compared with the 4%vegetable oil by-product group,the hot slaughtering weight,cold slaughtering weight and dressing rate of goats were significantly reduced by 6%(P<0.05).Compared with the group of 2%vegetable oil by-products,the proportion of forelegs in the group of 6%vegetable oil by-products was significantly increased by 8.67%(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the effects of different levels of vegetable oil by-products on the chemical content of longest muscle in goats(P>0.05).In conclusion,adding up to 4%vegetable oil by-products to the diet during the fattening period can promote the growth performance of goats to the maximum.Glycerin from waste vegetable oil can be used as an effective energy source in goat feed instead of grain.
