“三三排石法”在输尿管镜钬激光碎石术后的应用效果评价

Effect of "Three-three Stone Passing Method" after Ureteroscopic Holmium Laser Lithotripsy

目的探讨“三三排石法”促进输尿管镜钬激光碎石术后结石排出的效果。方法选取2016年2月—2018年7月收治于江苏省海安市中医院的输尿管结石患者150例。以2017年5月—2018年7月收治的75例为观察组,采用“三三排石法”干预;以2016年2月—2017年4月收治的75例为对照组,采用常规护理干预。比较两组患者结石排出、排净情况、不同部位残余结石排出情况及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组结石排出率及排净率均高于对照组,观察组输尿管、膀胱、尿道结石排出率均高于对照组,观察组膀胱刺激症状及血尿发生率均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论“三三排石法”用于输尿管镜钬激光碎石术后护理,可有效提高残余结石排出率,减少不良反应,值得临床应用推广。

Objective To explore the effect of"three-three stone passing method"on speeding stone passage after ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy.Methods 150 patients with ureteral calculus admitted to Hai'an TCM Hospital from February 2016 to July 2018 were selected.75 cases admitted from May 2017 to July 2018 were allocated to the observation group,and received interventions with"three-three stone passing method".75 cases admitted from February 2016 to April 2017 were allocated to the control group,and received routine nursing interventions.The stone passage,stone clearance,passage of residual stones at different sites and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Compared to control group,the stone passage rate and clearance rate were higher,the passage rates of stones in ureter,bladder and urethra were all higher,and the incidences of bladder irritation symptoms and hematuria were both lower in observation group;the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of"three-three stone passing method"in care of patients after ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy can effectively increase the residual stone passage rate and reduce adverse reactions,thus worthy of clinical application and promotion.
