喘息患儿呼吸与哮喘控制水平对家庭功能的影响

Impact of Respiratory and Asthma Control Level in Children with Wheezing on Family Functioning

目的探讨喘息患儿呼吸与哮喘控制水平对家庭功能的影响。方法选取2018年4—7月就诊于上海交通大学医学院附属仁济医院南院的喘息患儿160例及其主要照顾者,应用PedsQLTM 4.0家庭信息表中文版、改良中文版儿童呼吸和哮喘控制测试量表、家庭功能评定量表普通功能量表、PedsQLTM家庭影响模块量表对患儿主要照顾者进行问卷调查。统计改良中文版儿童呼吸和哮喘控制测试量表得分和PedsQLTM家庭影响模块量表各维度得分,分析患儿呼吸和哮喘控制水平对家庭功能的影响。结果患儿家庭功能、主要照顾者认知功能、家庭经济负担、日常活动与患儿呼吸哮喘控制呈负相关,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论喘息患儿呼吸和哮喘控制水平越好,对家庭功能的影响越小。应对主要照顾者进行规范化的健康教育,做好延续性护理,以降低患儿喘息发作,完善患儿家庭功能。

Objective To investigate the impact of respiratory and asthma control level in children with wheezing on family functioning.Methods 160 children with wheezing treated in Renji Hospital from April to July 2018 and their primary caregivers were selected.PedsQLTM 4.0 Family Information Form Chinese version,modified Chinese version of Test for Respiratory and Asthma Control in Kids(TRACK),General Functioning Scale of Family Assessment Device(FAD)and PedsQLTM Family Impact Module were used to conduct questionnaire survey on the primary caregivers of children.The scores in each dimension of modified Chinese version of TRACK and PedsQLTM Family Impact Module were calculated,and the impact of respiratory and asthma control level on family functioning was analyzed.Results Family functioning,cognitive functioning of primary caregiver,family economic burden and daily activity were negatively correlated with respiratory and asthma control in children,which were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The higher the respiratory and asthma control level in children with wheezing is,the lesser the impact on the family functioning.Standardized health education should be provided for primary caregivers,and continuous care should be delivered to reduce wheezing episodes and improve family functioning.
