社区居民对五官科健康科普知识需求的调查分析

Investigation of Demand of Community Residents for Popular Science Knowledge about Eye and ENT Health

目的调查分析上海地区部分社区居民对五官科专科健康科普知识的需求。方法2018年1—3月,采用自制调查问卷对上海市徐汇区、黄浦区、闵行区周边10个社区的300例居民进行问卷调查。结果43.33%的居民非常愿意参加科普活动,50.67%的居民愿意参加科普活动;居民感兴趣的科目为眼科74.67%,耳科56.67%,五官科急救49.33%,口腔科和咽喉科均为48.00%,鼻科为39.67%;78.00%的居民希望以讲座形式接受健康科普知识;98.67%的居民认为帮助很大或有帮助。结论社区居民对五官科健康科普保健知识的需求较大,五官科护理人员应将科普讲座作为普及五官科健康科普知识的主要模式推向社区,以满足社区居民的需求,提高其整体健康素养。

Objective To investigate the demand of residents in some communities in Shanghai for popular science knowledge about eye and ENT health.Methods From January to March 2018,300 residents from 10 communities near Xuhui District,Huangpu District and Minhang District in Shanghai were investigated by using a self-made questionnaire.Results 43.33% of the residents were very willing to participate in science popularization activities,and 50.67% were willing to participate;the subjects that residents were interested in were ophthalmology(74.67%),otology(56.67%),first aid in ENT(49.33%),stomatology(48.00%),pharyngolaryngology(48.00%),and rhinology(39.67%);78.00% of the residents hoped to receive health science popularization through lectures;98.67% of the residents considered the science popularization very helpful or helpful.Conclusion Community residents have a great demand for science popularization of eye and ENT health knowledge.Nurses of ophthalmology and otorhinolaryngology should promote science popularization lectures in the communities by using it as the main mode to popularize eye and ENT health knowledge,so as to meet the needs of community residents and improve their overall health literacy.
