民国初期黄炎培教育改革思想述要

摘要 黄炎培是中国近代“学思互进,知行合一”的著名教育家。民国初期,以“教育救国”为己任的黄炎培,以实用主义为指导,一边反思传统教育的弊端,一边开展调查研究。在转变教育观念、端正办学目的、造就新型国民、服务经济发展、倡导实用教育、树立教学新理念等方面提出了富有远见的教育改革主张。这些宝贵的探索为黄炎培后来倡导和践行职业教育并成为原创型教育家,准备了思想条件。 Huang Yanpei is a famous educator who has“learned from each other and learned to cooperate”in modern China.In the early years of the Republic of China,Huang Yanpei,who was responsible for“saving the country through education”,guided pragmatism and carried out investigations while reflecting on the shortcomings of traditional education.In the transformation of educational concepts,the purpose of running a school,creating new nationals,serving economic development,advocating practical education,and establishing new teaching concepts,many forward-thinking educational reform ideas had been proposed.These valuable explorations prepared the ideological conditions for Huang Yanpei to advocate and practice vocational education later and become a creative educator.
