摘要
通过问卷法对678名中小学生进行了心理资本、理性思维风格和学习自主性对学习效能进行调查,发现并分析学习自主性和理性思维风格在心理资本与学习效能之间起的序列中介效应。在这一过程中笔者发现,心理资本、理性思维风格对学习效能有直接的正向效应;理性思维风格在心理资本与学习效能之间具有部分中介作用,心理资本通过理性思维对学习效能产生正向影响;学习自主性和理性思维风格在心理资本与学习效能之间具有联合中介作用。结果表明,心理资本通过学习自主性的完全中介,以及理性思维风格的部分中介,对学习效能产生正向影响。
The direct effects of psychological capital,rational thinking style and learning autonomy on learning efficiency,and the sequential mediating effects of learning autonomy and rational thinking style on psychological capital and learning efficiency were investigated in 678 primary and middle school students by questionnaire method.It is found that psychological capital and rational thinking style have a direct positive effect on learning efficiency.Sexual thinking style plays a part of mediating role between psychological capital and learning efficiency.Psychological capital has a positive influence on learning efficiency through rational thinking.The learner autonomy and the rational thinking style have the joint mediating effect between the psychological capital and the learning efficiency.The results show that psychological capital has a positive effect on learning efficiency through the full mediation of learning autonomy and the partial mediation of rational thinking style.
