“一带一路”视野下工程专业来华本科留学生培养质量提升路径探究——基于全球胜任力的视角

Exploring the Improving Paths of the Quality and Management Level of International Undergraduate Students Majoring in Engineering within the Context of the “Belt and Road”——Based on the Perspective of Global Competence

随着“一带一路”倡议的纵深推进,沿线国家学生来华学习的数量不断攀升,就读工程专业已成为来华留学生的热门选择。在新的历史时期,来华留学教育工作已被赋予新的时代内涵。实施来华留学教育已俨然成为促进我国与沿线国家“民心相通民心相向”的重要途径。然而,我国工程专业来华留学生培养质量和管理水平仍需提升,尤其是在本科生层次。为此,我国各高校应创新工作思路和方法,转变工作视角,努力破除培养工作环节中的结构性矛盾和机制体制障碍;通过推进导师队伍建设、精心打造课程体系、理顺管理模式,实现来华留学教育的“提质增效”目标,推动工程专业来华本科留学生培养质量的全面提升。

With the deepening of the“Belt and Road”Initiative,the number of students along the route has been rising.The select of engineering majors has become a popular choice for international students.In the new historical period,developing international education programs has been of new significance.The enrollment of international students has become an important way to bring the people together along the route.However,the quality of cultivation and management level of international students majored in engineering still needs to be improved,especially at the undergraduate level.To this end,Chinese universities should innovate their ideas and methods,change their perspectives,and strive to eliminate structural contradictions and institutional barriers in the training and management.By promoting the construction of tutors,carefully creating curriculum systems,and rationalizing management models,China will achieve the“quality and efficiency improvement”of international education.It will also promote the development of international undergraduate students majoring in engineering.
