摘要
乡村教师职业倦怠是乡村教师长期受到各种压力而产生的一种身体极度疲惫、精神麻木的不良状态,它给乡村教师的身心、工作和生活带来了巨大的影响。乡村教师职业倦怠研究具有重要的实践价值:一是有助于我们重视乡村教师的身心健康,提高乡村教师生命质量;二是有助于消弭社会对乡村教师的偏见,营造尊师重教的社会风尚;三是有助于推进高质量的乡村教师队伍建设,落实立德树人的根本任务。在2009—2019年的10年里,我国关于乡村教师职业倦怠的研究涉及其涵义、现状、成因、特质、对策等方面。研究成果丰硕,但仍存在较多不足。今后相关研究应厘清乡村教师职业倦怠的基本内涵,推动教师职业倦怠理论的本土化;重视乡村教师职业倦怠的研究价值,加大对乡村教师职业倦怠的研究力度;拓展乡村教师职业倦怠研究视角,丰富乡村教师职业倦怠的研究内涵。
Rural teachers'occupational burnout is a kind of poor state of extreme physical exhaustion and mental numbness that rural teachers have suffered from all kinds of pressure for a long time.It has brought great influence on rural teachers'body and mind,work and life.The study on rural teachers'occupational burnout has important practical value.First,it is helpful for us to pay attention to the physical and mental health of rural teachers and improve their quality of life.The second is to help eliminate social prejudice against rural teachers and create a social custom of respecting teachers and valuing education.Third,it is helpful to promote the construction of high-quality rural teachers and carry out the fundamental task of building a virtuous school.In the 10 years from 2009 to 2019,China's research on rural teachers'occupational burnout involves its connotation,current situation,causes,characteristics and countermeasures.Research results are abundant,but there are still many deficiencies.In the future,relevant researches should clarify the basic connotation of the burnout of rural teachers and promote the localization of the burnout theory of teachers.We should attach importance to the research value of rural teachers'burnout and intensify the research on rural teachers'burnout.Expand the perspective of rural teachers'burnout research and enrich the connotation of rural teachers'occupational burnout research.
