蔗渣基活性炭制备及吸附盐酸四环素研究 被引量:9

摘要 以广西甘蔗制糖产生的蔗渣为原料,以ZnCl2为活化剂,以醋酸为改性剂制备蔗渣基活性炭,研究了活化剂浓度、炭化温度、炭化停留时间、改性剂浓度对活性炭吸附盐酸四环素的影响及其对废水中盐酸四环素的吸附性能。结果表明,在ZnCl2浓度为15 wt%,炭化温度为350℃,炭化停留时间为60 min,醋酸改性剂浓度为15 vt%条件下,制备的醋酸改性的活性炭具有发达的微孔结构,比表面积为1601.598 m^2/g,表面具有含氧官能团,其对盐酸四环素的最大吸附值为475.29 mg/g。醋酸改性后制备的活性炭对盐酸四环素的吸附动力学符合准二级动力学模型描述,吸附等温线符合Redlich-Peterson、Tempkin模型描述。 The bagasse-based activated carbon was prepared using the bagasse produced from sugar cane in Guangxi as raw material,ZnCl 2 as activator and acetic acid as modifier.The effects of activator concentration,carbonization temperature,carbonization holding time and modifier concentration on the adsorption of tetracycline hydrochloride,and the adsorption performance of the activated carbon on tetracycline hydrochloride in wastewater were studied.The results showed that under the condition of 15 wt%ZnCl 2,350℃of carbonization temperature,60 min of carbonization holding time and 15 vt%acetic acid,the prepared acetic acid-modified activated carbon had a developed microporous structure,a specific surface area of 1601.598 m^2/g,and an oxygen-containing functional group on the surface;the maximum adsorption value to tetracycline hydrochloride was 475.29 mg/g.The adsorption kinetics of activated carbon modified by acetic acid to tetracycline hydrochloride was consistent with the quasi-secondary kinetic model.The adsorption isotherm was in accordance with the Redlich-Peterson and Tempkin models.
