青钱柳总黄酮提取工艺优化试验研究 被引量:6

摘要 为优化青钱柳总黄酮提取工艺,建立了青钱柳总黄酮提取工艺模型。通过工艺模型预测出青钱柳总黄酮提取的最佳工艺参数并进行了试验验证。结果表明:提取溶剂乙醇含量,超声频率和温度对青钱柳总黄酮提取工艺有显著影响,影响顺序为提取溶剂乙醇含量>超声频率>温度;当青钱柳总黄酮的优化提取工艺参数为提取溶剂乙醇含量50%,温度50℃,超声频率89 kHz时,总黄酮含量最大,达6.9134%。 To optimize the extraction process of total flavonoids from Cyclocarya paliurus,the extraction process model was established.The optimum extraction parameters were predicted by the process model and verified by experiments.The results showed that the extraction process of total flavonoids from Cyclocarya paliurus was significantly affected by the extraction solvent ethanol content,ultrasonic frequency and temperature.The influence order of the factors was as follows:extraction solvent ethanol content>ultrasonic frequency>temperature.When the extraction solvent ethanol content was 50%,the temperature was 50℃,and the ultrasonic frequency was 89 kHz,the total flavonoids content reached 6.9134%.
