磁共振T2-mapping成像技术在发现及预测肥胖者腰椎间盘早期退变的价值研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨磁共振成像T2-mapping在预测超重或肥胖与腰椎间盘退变及严重程度的关系。方法对我院50名就诊的志愿者进行了基于人群的横断面研究,其中25名肥胖受试者(试验组)及25名正常受试者(对照组),所有受试者均采用常规磁共振矢状位及T2-mapping扫描,进行影像学和临床评估并测量体质量和身高,记录受试者的T2-mapping影像,测量各受试者的腰3~骶1椎间盘髓核T2值;实验数据的比较分析采用t检验。结果试验组髓核T2值范围为81.2~124.8 ms,各受试者腰3~骶1椎间盘髓核T2值平均数范围为(90±6)^(114±5)ms;对照组受试者T2值范围为91.2~144.8 ms,腰3~骶1各椎间盘髓核T2值为(104±10)ms^(124±10)ms。2组之间T2值的差异在3个椎间盘差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论磁共振T2-mapping成像技术在发现及预测肥胖者腰椎间盘早期退变具有价值。 Objective To investigate the relationship between overweight or obesity and the presence and severity of lumbar intervertebral disc degeneration predicted by magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)T2-mapping.Methods A population-based cross-sectional study was conducted on 50 volunteers in our hospital,including 25 obese subjects(study group)and 25 normal subjects(control group).All subjects underwent routine MRI sagittal and T2-mapping scans for imaging and clinical evaluation.The body weight and height were measured.The T2-mapping images were recorded.The T2 value of lumbar 3-sacrum 1(L3-S1)intervertebral disc nucleus pulposus in each subject was measured.T-test was used for comparative analysis of the experimental data.Results The nucleus pulposus T2 value in the study group ranged from 81.2-124.8 ms,and the mean T2 value of L3-S1 intervertebral disc nucleus pulposus ranged from(90±6)ms-(114±5)ms.The T2 value in the control group ranged from 91.2-144.8 ms,and the mean T2 value of L3-S1 intervertebral disc nucleus pulposus ranged from(104±10)ms-(124±10)ms.Statistical analysis showed that there was statistically significant difference in T2 value at the three intervertebral discs between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion MRI T2-mapping imaging technology is valuable in the detection and prediction of early lumbar intervertebral disc degeneration in obese subjects.
