摘要
目的:研究大学生的情绪智力在反刍思维和抑郁之间所起的调节效应。方法:选取河南两所高校的236名大学生,对被试的反刍思维、情绪智力和抑郁情绪分别进行了问卷调查。为了探究情绪智力在反刍思维和抑郁之间的调节效应,使用了分层回归的统计方法进行验证。结果:(1)反刍思维及其三个维度对抑郁情绪预测效应显著,即预测抑郁情绪程度较高的维度是抑郁性反刍,预测作用最低的维度是反应性反刍。(2)反刍思维中抑郁性反刍维度负向预测情绪智力,反应性维度正向预测情绪智力。(3)通过情绪智力这一调节变量,反刍思维及其三个维度能够缓冲对抑郁情绪的预测作用。
Purpose:This study aimed to examine the mediating effect emotional intelligence on the relationship between rumination thinking and depression in college students.Method:236 college students selected from Anyang city have completed questionnaires that measured rumination thinking,emotional intelligence,and depression.Hierarchical Regression Analysis was adopted to test the mediating effect between rumination thinking and depression.Conclusions:(1)Rumination thinking and its three dimensions have significant predictive effect on depressive emotion,that is,the dimension with higher predictive effect for depression is depressive ruminating,and the dimension with the lowest predictive effect is reactive ruminating;(2)In the rumination thinking,the depressive ruminating dimension predicts negatively emotional intelligence,and the reactive ruminating dimension predicts positively emotional intelligence;(3)Through the adjustment of the emotional intelligence,the rumination thinking and its three dimensions can buffer the prediction of depression.
