地方高校大学生职业素养调查与提升策略研究——基于胜任特征模型

On the Survey and Promotion Strategy of Professional Accomplishment of College Students in Local Colleges and Universities——Based on a Model of Competency Characteristics

大学生就业问题是事关社会和谐稳定的重大民生问题,促进大学生就业的关键在于提升毕业生的就业能力,即毕业生的职业素养。作为高校主力的地方高校,其毕业生职业素养的状况将直接影响整体毕业生就业情况。通过基于胜任特征模型的大学生职业素养调查发现,大学生核心职业素养的胜任特征符合比例较高,但距胜任这一理想的职业素养要求还存在较大的提升空间,且素养内部的胜任状态也存在较大差异。地方高校应从开设情商教育培养课程、构建多方协调实践教学平台、优化专业理论教学模式等方面提升大学生职业素养,提高就业能力。

The employment of college students is an important issue of people's livelihood related to social harmony and stability.The key to improve the employment of college students is to improve the employment ability of the graduates,that is,the professional accomplishment of the graduates.As the main part of the university,the professional accomplishment status of the graduates from local colleges and universities will directly affect the employment of the whole graduates.Through the investigation of the college student professional accomplishment based on the model of competency characteristics,we find that the competency conformity degree of professional accomplishment of college students is high,but there is still a large space for the improvement of professional accomplishment of the students,with a great difference in the competence of professional accomplishment.The local colleges and universities should improve the professional accomplishment and employability of college students from the aspects of setting up the course of EQ education,constructing the multi coordinating practice teaching platform,optimizing the teaching mode of professional theory and so on.
