摘要
河南科技学院围绕“双师型”卓越农林职教师资培养,对农科类卓越中职教师的能力、素质和培养目标进行了分析研究,建立了卓越农林中等职业教师能力与素质评价指标体系,建立了“221”培养标准;积极开展农科类卓越中职教师培养教学改革实践,构建和完善了高校、职业学校、行业企业和地方政府“四位一体”协同育人机制,开展“六协同”育人活动;成立卓越种植师资班和卓越动物科技师资班,实施农科类卓越中职教师专业大类融合培养;强化学生教学实践能力培养,收到了良好成效。
Henan Institute of Science and Technology has analyzed and studied the ability,quality and training objectives of excellent secondary vocational teachers in the field of agriculture and forestry around the training of"Double-qualified Teachers"in agricultural and forestry vocational education,actively constructed and perfected the"four in one"cooperative education mechanism of university,vocational school,industry enterprise and local government,carried out"Six-cooperative Training",established the Excellent Teachers Training Classes of Planting and of Animal Science and Technology,carried out the specialties integrative training of Excellent Secondary Vocational Teachers,strengthened the cultivation of students'teaching practical ability,and obtained good results.
