NBT-ST/PVDF复合膜的储能性能的提高

Enhanced energy storage properties of NBT-ST/PVDF composite films

摘要 采用微波水热法合成制备出NBT(Na 0.5 Bi 0.5 TiO 3,简称NBT)粉体,以及固相法合成了钛酸锶(SrTiO 3,简称ST)粉体,再采用溶液流延法分别制备填充了不同NBT含量的NBT-ST/PVDF复合膜,并研究了不同含量的NBT对复合膜击穿场强与储能密度的影响.研究结果表明:在NBT含量为0.5%时,复合膜具有最大的储能密度,达到8.5 J/cm ^3. NBT(Na 0.5 Bi 0.5 TiO 3)powders were synthesized by microwave-hydrothermal method.Strontium titanate(ST)powders were synthesized by solid state reaction.NBT-ST/PVDF composite films filled with different NBT contents were prepared by tape casting.The effects of different NBT contents on breakdown field strength and energy storage density of the composite films were investigated.The results show that when the NBT content is 0.5%,the composite has the largest energy storage density,reaching 8.5 J/cm ^3.
