资助育人是立德树人工作的重要组成部分。习近平总书记指出,要“健全家庭困难学生资助体系”。做好学生资助工作是建设人力资源强国和加快教育现代化的迫切需要。通过对高校学生资助育人工作发展历程的梳理,指出我国高校学生资助育人中存在实效性不强、精神资助缺位、综合素质提升有限、资助育人机制不健全等关键问题,就如何推进资助和育人两大工程,构建新时代高校资助育人机制提出对策建议,从而推动新时代高校学生资助育人工作的可持续发展。

Funded education is an important part of the work of strengthen moral education and cultivate people.General Secretary Xi Jinping has pointed out that to constantly improve the financial aid system for students from poor families,and to do a good job in student financial aid is an urgent need to build a country with strong human resources and accelerate the modernization of education.The article reviews the development history and research status of college students'funded education work,and focuses on grasping the key contradictions such as inaccurate qualifications,single source of funding,and inadequate funding mechanism for students in colleges and universities.In terms of how to promote the two major projects of funding and education,and to construct a new era of college-funded education mechanism to propose targeted countermeasures,so as to more scientifically promote the new era of all-round college students funded education sustainable development.
