水厂压力式超滤膜处理车间工程设计 被引量:4

摘要 随着人民对饮用水水质要求的不断提高,超滤膜工艺的应用逐渐规模化,压力式超滤膜是其中较为广泛的一种应用形式。文中综述了净水厂工程实例中超滤膜的流程位置,总结了压力式超滤技术指标的选择和系统组成,提出设计时应重点选择膜通量、出水水质、设计水温和系统回收率指标,并详细介绍了超滤膜系统的组成和各部分作用。结合具体布置案例详细分析超滤膜处理车间的布置特点,重点探讨了超滤膜处理车间平面布置、提升泵房、物理和化学清洗系统的设计要点,还对消防及安全设计做简要介绍。 With the requirement of people for better drinking water quality,the application of ultrafiltration membrane technology is becoming more and more popular.Pressure ultrafiltration membrane is one of the most widely used forms.The process locations of pressure ultrafiltration(UF)in the engineering projects of water purification plants are reviewed.The technology indicators and composition of UF are summarized.It is suggested that the membrane flux,water quality,water temperature and recovery ratio should be selected as key indexes in design.The composition and functions of ultrafiltration membrane system are introduced in detail.Combined with a case,the characteristics in design of UF workshop are analyzed.Layouts of UF workshop,pump room,physical and chemical cleaning systems are highlighted-Fire control and safety design are also introduced briefly.
