Performance Assessment System of Water Supply Based on Excellent Management Practices

近年来,供水绩效评估已成为行业持续关注的热点问题之一。该文基于国际先进经验,结合我国供水企业运行管理的实际情况,将定量指标评估与优秀实践定性评估相结合,建立了一套适合于我国国情的兼具全面性、系统性和适用性的绩效评估方法体系,并开展了区域示范应用,取得良好效果,将为绩效评估在供水行业的推广应用奠定基础。

Performance Assessment of water supply becomes one of the hot issues of continuous concern in the water industry in recent years.Based on the international advanced experience and the actual situation of China’s water supply operation management,this paper combined the quantitative indexes evaluation with the qualitative evaluation of excellent practice,and established a comprehensive performance evaluation method,which is suitable for China’s national conditions.The system carries out regional demonstration applications and achieves good results,which lays the foundation for the application of performance assessment in the water supply industries.
