摘要 采用石墨烯(GO)改性天然橡胶(NR)以提高其热稳定性,同时用硅烷偶联剂处理GO改善其在NR中的分散性,制备了GO/NR复合材料,研究了其物理机械性能、耐热老化性能、耐磨性、热稳定性能及微观形貌。结果表明,当NR用量100份、GO用量0.02份、牌号KH 590的硅烷偶联剂用量2份时,制备的改性GO/NR(KH 590-GO/NR)复合材料热稳定性最好,与NR相比,其热导率提升了4.92倍,热分解温度提升了34.59℃。KH 590-GO/NR复合材料的物理机械性能和耐磨性能最好,与NR相比,其拉伸强度提高了30.94%,扯断伸长率提高了14.28%,磨耗提高了16.64%。KH 590-GO/NR复合材料的相容性和分散性最好。 The graphene(GO)/natural rubber(NR) composites were prepared by modifying NR with GO to improve its thermal stability and treating GO with silane coupling agent to improve its dispersion in NR. The physical and mechanical properties, thermal aging properties, wear resistance, thermal stability and micromorphology of GO/NR composites were studied. The results showed that when NR was 100 phr, GO was 0.02 phr and silane coupling agent of brand number KH 590 was 2 phr, the thermal stability of the modified GO/NR(KH 590-GO/NR) composites was the best. Compared with NR, the thermal conductivity of KH 590-GO/NR composites increased by 4.92 times, and the thermal decomposition temperature increased by 34.59 ℃. The physical and mechanical properties and wear resistance of KH 590-GO/NR composites were the best. Compared with NR, the tensile strength, elongation at break and abrasion loss of KH 590-GO/NR composites were increased by 30.94%, 14.28% and 16.64% respectively. The compatibility and dispersion of KH 590-GO/NR composites were the best.
