摘要
研究了松香树脂对天然橡胶硫化性能、交联密度以及天然橡胶/聚酯纤维复合材料界面黏结性能的影响,阐述了松香树脂改善天然橡胶/聚酯纤维复合材料界面黏结强度的机理。结果表明,向天然橡胶中加入松香树脂可以延长其焦烧时间和提高交联密度;加入松香树脂可以明显改善天然橡胶/聚酯纤维复合材料的黏结强度,当松香树脂用量为3份时,复合材料的黏结强度达到最佳值。
The effects of rosin resin on vulcanization properties and crosslinking density of natural rubber, and interfacial adhesion properties of natural rubber/polyester fiber composites were studied. The mechanism of improving interfacial adhesion strength of natural rubber/polyester fiber composites by rosin resin was expounded. The results showed that adding rosin resin to natural rubber could prolong scorching time and increase crosslinking density. The adhesion strength of natural rubber/polyester fiber composites could be significantly improved by adding rosin resin. When the amount of rosin resin was 3 phr, the adhesion strength of the composites reached the optimum value.
