摘要 研究了水溶性Kevlar纳米纤维(m-KNFs)对丁苯橡胶/羧基丁腈橡胶共混物相容性和力学性能的影响。结果表明,m-KNFs可有效地改善共混硫化胶的相容性;当m-KNFs用量为0.3份时,共混硫化胶的拉伸强度、扯断伸长率、100%定伸应力以及撕裂强度分别提高了87.2%,17.2%,13.2%,142.6%。 In this study,Kevlar nanofibers(KNFs)were proposed as compatibilizing and reinforcing filler for rubber blends.Specifically,KNFs were modified by epichlorohydrin to obtain the water-dispersible KNFs,and the modified KNFs(m-KNFs)were incorporated into styrene-butadiene rubber(SBR)and carboxylated nitrile rubber(XNBR)by latex co-coagulation method,followed by curing process.The formulation of SBR/XNBR blends was SBR 25 phr(mass,the following was the same),XNBR 75 phr,accelerator 4010 NA 2 phr,zinc oxide 2 phr,stearic acid 2.4 phr,accelerator CZ 2.2 phr,sulfur 1.5 phr,m-KNFs variable.
