基于自适应跟踪控制的系统频率调整策略

摘要 当高压直流输电联于弱交流系统时,频率控制是一项极大的技术挑战。为协调高压直流输电系统两侧交流系统的调频特性,提出了基于自适应跟踪控制的系统频率调整策略。首先,采用线性二次型最优控制方法,求解使两侧交流系统频率偏移最小的直流最优传输功率;其次,引入Narendra自适应跟踪控制,跟随理想系统的频率输出控制调节两侧交流系统的频率,实现参数未知系统的频率跟踪调节;最后,仿真验证了该控制策略的有效性。 When HVDC is connected to weak AC system,frequency control is a great technical challenge.In order to coordinate the frequency modulation characteristics of AC systems on both sides of HVDC system,a frequency adjustment strategy based on adaptive tracking control is proposed.Firstly,the linear quadratic optimal control method is used to solve the DC optimal transmission power which makes the frequency offset of the two sides of the AC system minimum.Secondly,Narendra adaptive tracking control is introduced to adjust the frequency of the two sides of the AC system following the frequency output control of the ideal system to achieve the frequency tracking of the system with unknown parameters.Finally,the effectiveness of the control strategy is verified by simulation.
