摘要
文中基于上、下位机模式设计大型水电机组的后备保护系统硬件构成及保护程序。上位机采用工控机,集成监控及保护画面,存储数据供历史曲线查询及分析。下位机基于可编程控制器(Programmable Logic Controller,PLC)系统,机组压力、温度、速度、出口电压及电流通过传感器采集传输至PLC。下位机可根据当前采集值做出相应的保护动作,以保证机组安全、稳定运行。
Based on the mode of upper and lower computer,this paper designs the hardware structure and protection program of backup protection system for large-scale hydropower unit.The upper computer adopts industrial control computer,integrates monitoring and protection screen,and stores data for historical curve query and analysis.The lower computer is based on programmable logic controller(PLC)system,and the pressure,temperature,speed,outlet voltage and current of the unit are collected and transmitted to PLC through sensors.The lower computer can make corresponding protection actions according to the current acquisition value to ensure the safe and stable operation of the unit.
