摘要
针对一种厚膜混合集成阻尼补偿电路进行了理论分析,并对批量化持续改进过程的技术做出了总结;介绍了该产品的电路、结构及失效产品的原因和解决方案,并进一步论证了自激振荡电路批产化和高可靠的设计原则,同时也对传感器行业特点及其发展方向进行了相关探讨。
The theory of a thick film hybrid integrated damping compensation circuit is analyzed,and the technology of batch continuous improvement process is summarized.This paper introduces the circuit,structure of the product,the reason and solution of the failure product,and further demonstrates the design principle of batch production and high reliability of the self-excited oscillation circuit.At the same time,it also discusses the characteristics and development direction of the sensor industry.
