摘要
三相异步电动机已广泛应用于电力驱动系统。作为电力拖动系统中的重要驱动设备,电动机的启动控制受到了人们的高度关注。传统的直接启动方式,启动电流大,对电动机和电网的冲击大。作为软启动器,变频器可以大大降低电动机启动电流,保持较大的启动转矩,具有其他启动方式无法比拟的技术性能优势。因此,结合某炼油厂催化装置25 MW主风机和18 MW备用风机的工艺启动特点需求,基于"一拖二系统"的概念,设计了一套一台变频器分时驱动两台电动机的软启动系统。
Three phase asynchronous motor has been widely used in electric drive system.As an important driving equipment in the electric drive system,the start-up control of the motor has been highly concerned by people.The traditional direct start mode has a large starting current and great impact on the motor and power grid.As a soft starter,the inverter can greatly reduce the starting current of the motor and maintain a large starting torque,which has the incomparable technical performance advantages of other starting methods.Therefore,based on the concept of"one driven two system",a set of soft start system with one inverter driving two motors in a time-sharing way is designed according to the process start-up characteristics of 25 MW main fan and 18 MW standby fan in a refinery catalytic unit.
