摘要
针对高峰负荷严重影响电网安全运行的问题,对基于消费者心理学的尖峰电价优化进行研究。首先,以居民负荷为研究对象,融入消费者心理学进行居民用户对电价的灵敏度分析,获得负荷转移率曲线,建立基于消费者心理学的负荷模型;其次,建立尖峰电价模型,以达到平衡实现削峰填谷和使用户满意度最大化的目的,并利用改进粒子群算法对模型进行优化;最后,以某市的居民负荷数据为算例进行优化试验,结果表明该模型能够有效削减尖峰负荷,提高负荷率。
In view of the problem that peak load seriously affects the safe operation of power grid,the optimization of peak price based on consumer psychology is studied.First of all,taking residential load as the research object,the sensitivity analysis of residential users to electricity price is carried out by integrating consumer psychology,and the load transfer rate curve is obtained,and the load model based on consumer psychology is established.Secondly,the peak price model is established to achieve the goal of balancing peak load and peak load and maximizing customer satisfaction,and the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to optimize the model.Finally,taking the residential load data of a city as an example to carry out the optimization test,the results show that the model can effectively reduce the peak load and improve the load rate.
