电力调度运行中的安全管理策略

Security Management Strategy in Power Dispatching Operation

在社会经济发展中,电网企业发挥着不可代替的作用,不仅为社会发展提供稳定可靠的电力资源,而且也对电力资源进行优化配置,促进电力生产高效环保。在电网企业运行中,电力调度是十分重要的环节,其安全性会直接影响到整个电力系统的运行状态。电力调度在电网企业中担负着电力资源协调配置的核心责任,然而日益增加的电能需求、大量新技术新设备的应用、电力市场建设等新形势给电力调度带来了巨大的挑战。受内外界各种因素的影响,电力调度过程中存在较多安全隐患,电力调度运行过程中的安全风险分析及防控就显得尤为重要。因此,简要分析了电力调度运行存在的安全风险,并提出相应的防控措施。

In the social and economic development,the power grid enterprises play an irreplaceable role,not only to provide stable and reliable power resources for social development,but also to optimize the allocation of power resources to promote the efficient and environmental protection of power production.In the operation of power grid enterprises,power dispatching is a very important link,its security will directly affect the operation status of the whole power system.Power dispatching is the core responsibility of power resource coordination in power grid enterprises.However,the increasing demand for power,the application of a large number of new technologies and new equipment,and the construction of power market have brought great challenges to power dispatching.Influenced by various internal and external factors,there are many hidden dangers in the process of power dispatching,so the analysis and prevention of security risks in the process of power dispatching operation are particularly important.Therefore,this paper briefly analyzes the security risks existing in power dispatching operation,and puts forward corresponding prevention and control measures.
