Simulation and Optimization of Automatic Drilling Controller Based on Particle Swarm Optimization

摘要 针对液压盘式刹车自动送钻系统控制过程中影响因素的多样性,控制参数存在时滞、时变、非线性等特点,根据液压盘式刹车自动送钻系统的工作原理,建立数学物理方程并确定目标函数,设计了粒子群算法优化模糊控制器,对PID参数进行了整定。为了研究电液伺服阀与液压缸对自动送钻系统液压环节的控制效果,设计了液压调节闭环控制系统,并利用MATLAB/Simulink仿真软件进行了动态仿真优化。首先使用临界比例度法对PID参数进行了整定,在此基础上,使用模糊控制工具搭建模糊规则对传递函数进行仿真,最后在MATLAB界面,对传递函数进行基于粒子群算法迭代寻优,优化控制系统所需参数。优化结果表明,粒子群优化模糊自适应PID控制器与传统的PID控制器和模糊自适应PID控制器相比,系统的自适应能力显著增强,超调量明显降低,调整时间更短,可以满足自动送钻系统的设计要求,特别适合应用在一种新型的基于井底钻压的自动送钻系统中。 Aiming at the diversity of influencing factors in the control process of the hydraulic disc brake automatic bit feeding system,time lag,time variation and nonlinearity of the control parameters,the mathematical physics equation was established based on the working principle of the hydraulic disc brake automatic bit feeding system.The objective function was determined,and the particle swarm optimization algorithm was designed to optimize the fuzzy controller,and the PID parameters were adjusted.In order to study the control effect of electro-hydraulic servo valve and hydraulic cylinder on the hydraulic link of the automatic drilling system,a hydraulic regulation closed-loop control system was designed,and the dynamic simulation optimization was carried out by using MATLAB/Simulink simulation software.Firstly,the PID parameters were set by the critical proportional method.On the basis of this,the fuzzy control tool was used to build the fuzzy rules to simulate the transfer function.Finally,the transfer function was used in the MATLAB interface to perform the iterative optimization control system based on particle swarm optimization.parameter.The optimization results show that the particle swarm optimization fuzzy self-adaptive PID controller has significantly improved self-adaptive ability compared with the traditional PID controller and fuzzy self-adaptive PID controller.The overshoot is significantly reduced and the adjustment time is shorter,which meets design requirements for autodriller systems,especially for a new type of DWOB-based autodriller system.
