变径套管清洁工具板簧结构设计及静力学特性研究

摘要 针对海上油气田套管清洁作业周期长、联座管柱易卡及无法判断卡点的风险,研制了一种变径套管清洁工具板簧结构,实现了244.48 mm(95/8英寸)套管与177.8 mm(7英寸)尾管的连续清洁作业。为了控制板簧支反力600~1200 N的窗口区间和非线性变化,设计了变截面、变约束、预压缩阶梯3种结构方案。利用形状记忆合金(SMA)随温度变化的特性,可显著改变材料的弹性系数。利用ABAQUS工程模拟和静态力学测试相结合的方法对3种结构的压缩位移-支反力变化曲线进行了研究,测试结果与有限元分析结果一致,可为类似板簧结构设计提供参考。 For the tube cleaning operations of offshore oil and gas fields of long cycle and risk seat tube clamp,a variable diameter casing cleaning tool plate spring structure was designed and the continuous cleaning operation of 95/8"and 7"tail pipe has been realized.In order to realize the change of window interval and the nonlinear spring force 600~1200 N,three structural schemes of variable section,variable constraint and pre-compressed step were designed.At the same time,it is found that the elastic coefficient of shape memory alloy(SMA)can significantly change the elastic coefficient of the material with the change of temperature.The compression displacement support reaction of three structures was studied by ABAQUS engineering simulation and static mechanical test.The test results are consistent with those of finite element analysis,which can provide reference for leaf spring structure.
