深水水平连接器压力帽装置研制

Development of Pressure Cap Device for Deep Water Horizontal Connector

压力帽装置是深水水平连接器的重要部件。现有的压力帽装置存在与连接器毂座对中困难,对接效率和锁紧效率低,设备成本和使用成本高等问题。新研制的压力帽装置采用水平套筒式结构,密封结构采用非金属双密封,并且设置了机械锁紧装置,密封性能好、可靠性高。采用粗对中和精对中两种对中结构,对中准确性高,对接效率和锁紧效率高;关键部件采用特殊防腐工艺,降低后期防腐维护成本。通过有限元计算和静水压试验对压力帽装置进行性能验证,计算结果和试验结果满足性能指标,达到了预期效果。为后期深水水平连接器压力帽装置的工程应用和国产化提供了有力的技术支持。

Pressure cap equipment is the important unit of deepwater horizontal connector,with current difficulties in centering with connector hub seat,low butt-joint efficiency and locking efficiency,high equipment cost and application cost.The newly developed pressure cap device adopts a horizontal sleeve structure,the sealing structure adopts a non-metal double seal and a mechanical locking device is provided,which has good sealing performance and high reliability.The rough centering and accurate centering are all adopted for centering with high centering accuracy,butt-joint efficiency and locking efficiency.The key components are treated with a special anti-corrosion process to reduce the cost of anti-corrosion maintenance.The performance of the pressure cap device was verified by finite element calculation and hydrostatic pressure test.The calculation results and test results met the performance indicators and achieved the expected results.
