Research Status and Prospect of Sidetracking Technology for Old Wells in China

摘要 随着油田老区块开发进入中后期,面临着采收率低、出水率高的问题,不少老井为此已关停并封井。为了盘活老井,挖掘剩余油藏,降低成本,老井侧钻成为油田老区块恢复活力的主要技术手段之一。国内已研究并形成了多种侧钻工艺技术,其中斜向器开窗侧钻技术是目前最为成熟、应用最多的侧钻技术;一体式开窗侧钻技术是最有前景的侧钻技术,鉴于其卡座咬合不稳定,建议加大研究力度;非常规手段的高压水射流径向水平侧钻技术和连续油管侧钻开窗工艺技术,在某些特殊需求的井将有它的发展优势。 With the development of old oilfield blocks entering the middle and late stages,many old wells have been shut down due to the problems of low recovery and high water yield.In order to revitalize old wells and reduce costs,sidetracking of old wells has become one of the main technical means for revitalizing old blocks in oilfields.In order to meet the demand of sidetracking,many sidetracking technologies have been developed in China and the inclinator sidetracking technology is the most mature and widely used sidetracking technology among all.One-piece window-opening sidetracking technology is the most promising sidetracking technology.In view of the unstable occlusion of the clamp seat,it is suggested to intensify the research.The unconventional high pressure water jet radial horizontal sidetracking technology and coiled tubing sidetracking window opening technology will have their development advantages in some wells with special needs.
