The nearly one hundred years of struggle of the Communist Party of China(CPC)is actually a process of innovation and development that integrates the theory and practice of party building by learning to understand,grasp and apply the rules.The CPC has always attached great importance to seeking solutions through learning,improving the learning system,innovating learning forms and enriching learning contents with the times,and achieved good results in strengthening the party building and promoting the governance of the country.The system of collective learning in the politburo is a scientific institutional arrangement for the CPC Central Committee to improve the quality of party building by building a learning party.An in-depth study of the collective learning of the politburo since the 18 th National Congress of the CPC is helpful for correctly understanding,deeply grasping and scientifically applying the law of party building law,unswervingly building the party stronger and stronger,and leading the broad masses of the people to work together to create a happier and better life.
