领导干部要树立正确的世界观

Leading Cadres Should Establish a Correct World View

党的十八大以来,习近平总书记多次强调树立正确世界观的重要性,要求各级领导干部解决好世界观、人生观、价值观这个"总开关"问题。随着中国特色社会主义进入新时代,我们面临着具有许多新的历史特点的伟大斗争,要实现中华民族伟大复兴的宏伟目标,各级领导干部必须切实摆正自身世界观,更加自觉地坚持和运用辩证唯物主义世界观改造自己、提高自己,为进行伟大斗争、建设伟大工程、推进伟大事业、实现伟大梦想积蓄磅礴力量。一要坚定政治观,牢牢把握正确的政治方向;二要校准政绩观,树立干事创业的正确目标;三要把握人生观,铸牢修身立业的基石。

Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC,General Secretary Xi Jinping has repeatedly stressed on different occasions the importance of establishing a correct world view,asking leading cadres at all levels to solve the"master switch"problem of world view,outlook on life and values.As socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,we face a great struggle with a lot of new historical characteristics.To achieve the grand goal of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,the leading cadres at all levels must correct their world view,more consciously uphold and use the world view of dialectical materialism to remold and improve themselves,and accumulate forces for conducting the great struggle,building the great project,advancing the great cause,and realizing the great dream.We should,firstly,be firm in our political outlook and keep a firm grasp of the correct political direction;secondly,calibrate our"outlook on political achievement"and be dedicated into our undertaking;thirdly,refresh the"outlook on the situation"and forge a sharp tool to cut through all difficulties;and fourthly,grasp the"outlook on life"and cast a solid foundation for moral cultivation and career.
