摘要 为了提高医护人员工作效率,解决现有输液的无计时服务、无血液回流预警,无法监控滴速等问题,本文设计了一种结合物联网、微信公众号、云平台技术的智能输液实时监控系统.该系统实现了输液过程的数据量化显示、自动控制、数据远程实时监测、信息存储、滴速检测及调节、实时药液剩余量检测、血液回流检测提示、无线网络实时监控与控制等功能.系统运行测试结果符合要求,表明该设计合理有效.该系统在物联网云平台建设、智能医疗系统整合、大数据医疗监测领域具有一定的借鉴意义. In this paper,an intelligent infusion real-time monitoring system is designed that combined the Internet of Things technology,Wechat public account and cloud platform.The system aimed to improve the efficiency of medical staff and solve the current infusion problem of no time-show,no blood reflux warning and no monitoring on the safe drip rate.The system realized the data quantitative display of the infusion process,automatic controlling,remote real-time data monitoring,information storage,drip rate detection and adjustment,real-time liquid residual amount detection,blood reflux detection and prompting,wireless network real-time monitoring and control functions.The system’s operational test results met the requirements,indicating that the design was reasonable and effective.The system has important significances in the field of IoT cloud platform construction,intelligent medical system integration and big data medical monitoring.
