穿心莲内酯对氢化可的松诱导的免疫抑制小鼠免疫功能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究穿心莲内酯对免疫抑制小鼠吞噬细胞吞噬能力和肠道菌群的影响。方法运用氢化可的松制造免疫抑制小鼠模型;用高剂量穿心莲内酯(200 mg/kg)、低剂量穿心莲内酯(100 mg/kg)处理模型组小鼠,检测小鼠吞噬细胞的吞噬力和肠道内容物中双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌、肠杆菌、肠球菌含量。结果与对照组相比,模型组小鼠吞噬细胞吞噬力和吞噬率均显著降低(P<0.05),双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌含量显著升高(P<0.05),肠杆菌、肠球菌含量显著降低(P<0.05)。高剂量穿心莲内酯(200 mg/kg)治疗模型组小鼠可使吞噬细胞吞噬指数和吞噬率及双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌、肠杆菌、肠球菌的含量恢复至对照组水平。结论穿心莲内酯可提高小鼠非特异性免疫,改善肠道菌群,将为穿心莲的研究提供实验依据。 Objective To study the effect of andrographolide on phagocytic ability and intestinal flora of immunosuppressed mice.Methods Immunosuppressive mouse model was established by hydrocortisone.The mice in model group were treated with high-dose andrographolide(200 mg/kg)and low-dose pentolactone(100 mg/kg)to detect the phagocyte phagocytosis and the amount of Bifidobacteria,Lactobacilli,Enterobacteria,Enterococci in the intestinal contents.Results Compared with control group,the phagocytic ability and phagocytosis rate of the phagocytic cells in model group were significantly decreased(P<0.05),the amount of Bifidobacteria and Lactobacilli were significantly increased(P<0.05),but the contents of Enterobacter and Enterococcus were significantly decreased(P<0.05).High-dose andrographolide(200 mg/kg)treatment could rescue phagocytic ability and phagocytosis rate,and return the amount of Bifidobacteria,Lactobacilli,Enterobacteria and Enterococci to the level of control group.Conclusions Andrographolide could improve non-specific immunity in mice and improve intestinal flora,which will provide experimental basis for the study of Andrographis paniculata.
