准分子激光矫治屈光不正临床效果观察

Clinical observation of excimer laser correction of ametropia

目的研究并分析准分子激光矫治屈光不正的临床效果。方法选取我院2017年1月~2018年1月收治的屈光不正患者200例作为此次研究的对象,以随机数字方式分为两组。对照组选择眼镜佩戴操作,实验组接受准分子激光矫治。结果实验组治疗后的视力恢复情况明显优于对照组,存在显著差异性(P<0.05),两组的并发症发生情况比较,并无较大差异性(P>0.05)。结论准分子激光矫治屈光不正存在较为显著的应用效果,能够使得患者的视力情况不断恢复,稳定患者的病情,存在较高的安全性,值得临床推广。

Objective To study and analyze the clinical effect of excimer laser correction of ametropia.Methods A total of 200 patients with ametropia admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were enrolled in this study.They were divided into two groups by digital randomization.The control group chose glasses-wearing operation and the experimental group received excimer laser correction.Results The visual acuity recovery of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Excimer laser correction of ametropia has a significant application effect,which can make the patient's visual condition recover continuously and stabilize the patient's condition.It has high safety and is worthy of clinical promotion.
