放化疗联合生物靶向治疗对乳腺癌早期改良根治术后患者远期生存率的作用评价 被引量:6

Evaluation of the effect of radiotherapy and chemotherapy combined with biotargeted therapy on long-term survival rate of patients with modified radical mastectomy for early breast cancer

摘要 目的探讨放化疗联合生物靶向治疗对乳腺癌早期改良根治术后患者远期生存率的作用评价。方法选取2015年1月~2016年1月在我院乳甲外科治疗的乳腺癌早期改良根治术后患者40例,随机分为两组,对照组采用放化疗联合治疗,观察组采用放化疗联合生物靶向治疗,比较两组患者的远期疗效、生存质量、各项因子水平。结果观察组术后1年的局部复发率、远处转移率、生存率与对照组相比无明显差异(P>0.05),观察组术后2年的局部复发率、远处转移率明显低于对照组,而生存率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后1年的生理功能、躯体疼痛、生理职能、社会功能、心理功能、情感职能、精神健康、活力、总体健康等SF-36量表评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后MMP-2、MMP-9、VEGFA、VEGF-B水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论放化疗联合生物靶向治疗对乳腺癌早期改良根治术后患者的疗效显著,能有效抑制MMP、VEGF水平,防止肿瘤的复发和转移,提高远期生存率,提升生活质量。 Objective To evaluate the effect of radiotherapy and chemotherapy combined with biotargeted therapy on the long-term survival rate of patients with modified radical mastectomy for early breast cancer.Methods Forty patients with modified radical mastectomy for early breast cancer in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with radiotherapy and chemotherapy,and the observation group was treated with radiotherapy and chemotherapy combined with biotargeted therapy.The long-term efficacy,quality of life,and various factor levels of the two groups were compared.Results The local recurrence rate,distant metastasis rate,and survival rate of the observation group were not significantly different from those of the control group at 1 year after operation(P>0.05).At 2 years after operation,the local recurrence rate and distant metastasis rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the survival rate in the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of SF-36 scales such as physiological function,physical pain,physiological function,social function,psychological function,emotional function,mental health,vitality and overall health of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group at 1 year after operation(P<0.05).The levels of MMP-2,MMP-9,VEGF-A and VEGF-B in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Radiotherapy and chemotherapy combined with bio-targeted therapy have significant effects on patients with modified radical mastectomy for early breast cancer,which can effectively inhibit MMP and VEGF levels,prevent tumor recurrence and metastasis,improve long-term survival rate and improve quality of life.
