微信平台在提高支气管哮喘儿童治疗依从性护理中的应用研究

Application of WeChat platform in improving the compliance of children with bronchial asthma

目的探讨微信平台在提高支气管哮喘儿童治疗依从性护理中的应用价值。方法选取2018年6月~2019年3月在我院儿科哮喘门诊治疗的支气管哮喘患儿78例,采用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组39例和观察组39例。对照组接受常规诊疗及指导,观察组利用信息平台进行延续护理。观察干预前、干预后3个月、干预后6个月患儿用药依从性、患儿家长哮喘疾病认知评分。结果观察组干预后3个月、干预后6个月患儿用药依从性均高于同期对照组,差异显著(P<0.05),观察组干预后3个月、干预后6个月患儿家长哮喘疾病认知评分均高于同期对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论微信平台能够提高支气管哮喘儿童治疗依从性和患儿家长哮喘疾病认知度,值得临床借鉴。

Objective To explore the application value of WeChat platform in improving the treatment compliance of children with bronchial asthma.Methods A total of 78 children with bronchial asthma who were treated in the pediatric asthma clinic of our hospital from June 2018 to March 2019 were enrolled.The patients were divided into control group(n=39)and observation group(n=39)by random number table.The control group received routine diagnosis and guidance,and the observation group used the information platform for continuous care.The drug compliance of the children,and the cognitive scores of the parents with asthma before the intervention,at 3 months and 6 months after the intervention were observed.Results The drug compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group at 3 months and 6 months after intervention,with significant difference(P<0.05).The observation group was 3 months after intervention and 6 months after intervention,parental asthma disease cognitive scores in the observation group were higher than those of the control group in the same period,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The WeChat platform can improve the treatment compliance of children with bronchial asthma and the awareness of asthma in parents.It is worthy of clinical reference.
