农村建设用地拆旧复垦对探索城乡融合发展,打好精准脱贫攻坚战,助力乡村振兴具有重大意义.讨论总结了梅州市农村建设用地拆旧复垦工作基本情况,测算梅州市农村建设用地拆旧复垦的理论潜力,梳理农村建设用地拆旧复垦工作流程,分析梅州市拆旧复垦项目实施过程中的问题,并提出合理的对策,以期为高效实施拆旧复垦工作和政府部门相关政策制定提供参考依据.

The demolition and reclamation of rural construction land is of great significance for exploring the integration of urban and rural development, and focusing on the fight against poverty and helping the rural revitalization. In this paper, the author summarizes the basic situation of demolition and reclamation of rural construction land in Meizhou, and estimates the theoretical potential of demolition and reclamation of rural construction land in Meizhou. At the same time, the author sorts out the work flow of the demolition and reclamation of rural construction land, analyzing the problems in the implementation of the demolition and reclamation project in Meizhou, and puts forward reasonable countermeasures. Through these, the author hopes to provide reference for the efficient implementation of the land reclamation work and the relevant policy formulation of government departments in the province.
