探索有中国特色的外语教育发展之路——戴炜栋外语教育观述论

A Review of Dai Weidong’s Concept of Foreign Language Education

我国知名外语教育家戴炜栋教授在长期外语教育生涯中形成了科学、系统的外语教育观,其主要内涵是本着改革与创新精神,探索构建符合中国国情的外语教育教学模式,开拓有中国特色的外语教育发展之路;其实践途径是他在外指委的外语教育顶层建设咨询和上海外国语大学的办学治校工作。这一教育观在我国外语教育界具有一定影响力,值得深入研究。

The core concept of foreign language education(FLE)formed by Professor Dai Weidong,China’s famous foreign language educator,is to innovationally explore and establish foreign language education and teaching patterns suitable for China’s national conditions,and to open up a road for the development of FLE with Chinese characteristics.His practical approach is the FLE top-level construction consultation in the Foreign Language Teaching Advisory Board for College Language Majors under the Ministry of Education,and his FLE management in Shanghai International Studies University.This FLE concept has made a notable influence on the field of foreign language teaching.
