高职院校开展博雅教育探析

Exploration and Analysis on Developing Boya Education in Higher Vocational Colleges

博雅教育根源于古希腊的自由教育,拥有悠久的历史传统。其精神实质即培养知识渊博、品格高雅的高素质人才。博雅教育有利于学生全面、和谐、可持续发展和竞争力的提升。高职教育院校应在人才培养工作中树立"完整人"的教育目标,使学生在熟练掌握专业技能基础上,成为一个懂得选择、学会适应、具备创新能力的高素质应用型人才。笔者对博雅教育理念进行阐释,给出针对博雅教育的改革措施。

The liberal arts education is rooted in the liberal education of ancient Greece and has a long history. Its spiritual essence is to cultivate high-quality talents with profound knowledge and elegant character. The liberal arts education is conducive to the improvement of students’ comprehensiveness, harmony, sustainable development and competitiveness. Higher vocational education institutions should establish the educational goal of "complete people" in the personnel training work, so that students can become high-quality applied talents who know how to choose, learn to adapt, and have the ability to innovate on the basis of mastering professional skills. The author explains the concept of liberal arts education and gives reform measures for liberal arts education.
