全面风险管理视觉下的赴台学生风险防控措施研究

Research on Risk Prevention and Control Measures for Students in Taiwan under the Vision of Comprehensive Risk Management

福建省高校近十几年来积极深入地开展与台湾高校在教育教学方面进行交流与合作,闽台高校联合培养人才项目的人才培养模式和发展规模等方面取得佳绩,形成了较好的发展态势。但由于闽台合作规模的增加、合作办学经验的欠缺及闽台诸类办学政策阻碍等多种因素影响下,闽台高校联合培养人才项目的学生赴台风险成了当前两岸高校管理者亟须正视的问题。本文从该项目的实际运作,结合高校风险理论,分析学生赴台的各种风险,从全面风险管理的角度探讨学生赴台风险的防控。

In the past ten years, higher colleges in Fujian Province have been actively and intensively carrying out exchanges and cooperation with Taiwan universities in education and teaching, and have achieved good results in the talent training mode and development scale of the joint training of talent projects in Fujian and Taiwan universities. It formed a good development situation. However, due to the increase in the scale of cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan, the lack of cooperation in running schools, and the obstacles caused by the policies of the various types of schools in Fujian and Taiwan, the risk of students from Taiwan and Taiwan jointly training talents has become the current problem that needs to be addressed for the cross-strait university administrators. This paper analyzes the various risks of students going to Taiwan from the actual operation of the project, combined with the risk theory of higher colleges, and discusses the prevention and control of students’ risk in Taiwan from the perspective of comprehensive risk management.
