红色美术作品对于提升高校党员教育效果的价值意蕴及实现路径

The Value Implication and Realization Path of Red Fine Art Works for Improving the Educational Effect of Party Members in Higher Colleges

新时代高校党建强调"以政治建设为统领,以质量攻坚为动力,以提升组织力为重点",高校党建工作创新创效亦是不变的基础性工作。本文旨在创新党员教育方式和途径,将红色美术作品贯穿到党员教育的活动中。红色美术作品作为高校党员教育容易忽略的教育资源,其教育意义和社会功用体现在宣传、教化、激励功能及以图证史的意义上。文中从理论和方法论上论证红色美术作品对提高高校党员教育效果的可行性、价值意蕴,探究健全党员教育体制机制、推动教育内容、形式"供给侧改革"等五项提高教育效果的实现路径。

The purpose of this paper is to innovate the ways and means of Party members’ education and to penetrate the red art works into the activities of Party members’ education. As an educational resource easily neglected in the education of Party members in colleges, the educational and social functions of red art works are embodied in the functions of propaganda, enlightenment, encouragement and illustration of history. This paper demonstrates the feasibility and value implication of red art works to improve the educational effect of Party members in higher colleges from the theoretical and methodological point of view, and explores five ways to improve the educational effect, such as improving the educational system and mechanism of Party members, promoting the "supply-side reform" of educational content and form.
