Analysis and Countermeasures on the Present Employment Situation of Art Graduates in Higher Vocational Colleges

随着高职院校艺术类毕业生数量的逐年上升,有限的艺术就业市场无法满足日益增长的艺术生的就业需求。高职院校艺术类毕业生专业对口率不高、学生的待遇要求高、个人预期与现实落差大等因素导致当下高职院校艺术类毕业生的就业形势不容乐观。本文旨在分析高职毕业生的就业形势,研究高职艺术生就业率过低的原因,探索改善高职院校艺术类毕业生就业状况的具体对策。

With the increasing number of art graduates in higher vocational colleges,the limited art employment market cannot meet the growing employment needs of art students. The current employment situation of art graduates in higher vocational colleges is not optimistic because of the low professional counterpart rate,the high salary requirements of students and the large gap between personal expectations and reality. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the employment situation of higher vocational college graduates,to study the reasons for the low employment rate of art students in higher vocational colleges,and to explore specific countermeasures to improve the employment situation of art graduates in higher vocational colleges.
