Research on the Cultivation of College Student Cadres from the Perspective of Xi Jinping’s View of Cadres in the New Era

习近平新时代干部观与高校存在功能性契合,与学生干部的功能存在价值链接,借鉴习近平新时代干部观的核心理念探讨高校学生干部的基本素养及培养路径,具有重要意义。

Xi Jinping’s view on cadres in the new era is a specific requirement for the current grassroots party members and cadres in China,and is a value program that adapts to the development of the times. Based on the literature and data method,this paper explores the basic literacy and training path of college student cadres by using Xi Jinping’s core concept of cadre view in the new era. It is believed that Xi Jinping’s new era cadre view has functional compatibility with colleges and universities,and has a value link with the functions of student cadres. There are important guidelines for the construction of student cadres;the construction of student cadres needs to be: clear political standards,ensure the integrity of ideas;consolidate the ideological theory,guarantee the system construction;trace the source,standardize the training system;update the concept,with the combination of "selection"and"administration".
