摘要
我国的劳动力流动率居高不下,从宏观层面看是市场环境变化的影响,但是从微观的角度分析,企业自身的人力资源管理工作还有很大的改进空间。基于劳动经济学视角对企业人力资源管理工作进行剖析、解读,可以从不同的角度分析企业人力资源管理存在的问题及其背后的原因。企业可以在劳动经济学的指导下不断完善人力资源管理体系,降低劳动力流失率,提高人力资源管理效率,实现可持续发展的经营目标。
China’s labor flow rate remains high, which is influenced by the changes of market environment from the macro level. However, from the micro perspective, there is still a lot of room for improvement in the human resource management of enterprises.Based on the perspective of labor economics, this paper analyzes and interprets the human resource management of enterprises, and analyzes the existing problems and the reasons behind them from different perspectives.Under the guidance of labor economics, enterprises can continuously improve the human resource management system, reduce the rate of labor loss, improve the efficiency of human resource management, and achieve the goal of sustainable development.
