美巴关系对中巴“一带一路”合作的影响

The Impact of US-Pakistan Relations on China-Pakistan’s Belt and Road Cooperation

本文研究的问题是自20世纪50年代美巴建立同盟关系以来,美国作为巴基斯坦主要的援助国家,对巴基斯坦有持续的军事、经济援助,但为什么对巴基斯坦的影响力有限?拟在已有研究成果基础上,采取历史分析方法,以1951年以来美国对巴基斯坦投入的军事和经济援助为线索,从历史、第三方国家以及国家内部视角等多维度对美巴关系建立的历史背景和两国互动过程中合作与冲突进行分析,从而找出影响两国关系的主要因素。同时,基于美巴关系发展的历史,就美巴关系对我国与巴基斯坦"一带一路"合作所面临的机遇与挑战作进一步作探讨。

Since the US Pakistan alliance was established in 1950s,the United States,as the main aid country of Pakistan,has sustained military and economic assistance to Pakistan,but why does it have limited influence on Pakistan?Based on existing research results,this paper explores the main factors affecting the relations between the two countries by applying the historical analysis method.First,it analyzes the historical background of the establishment of U.S.—Pakistan relations and the cooperation and conflict in the process of interaction between the two countries from the perspectives of history,third-party countries and internal factors of the country following the clue of the U.S.military and economic assistance to Pakistan since 1951.Then,the paper discusses the effects of U.S.-Pakistan relation on the cooperation of China and Pakistan,and the opportunities and challenges faced by China and Pakistan in the Belt and Road Initiative cooperation.
